The apartment is located in the residential complex Skyline in Kyiv. It has an area  of 319 m2. The 'open space' technique were used for a spacious feeling and lightness. The main materials used in the design are corten steel, aluminum metal and achromatic colors. Visually space is joined by a dark floor where paintings made by contemporary Ukrainian artists act as accents.

The ground floor has more formal setting for welcoming guests. A living room and dining room are combined in one space . The kitchen is minimalistic with the basic usage of materials. Due to the rich tile which is an additional accent of the first floor, it contrasts with the achromatic walls of the adjacent rooms. Additionally, a large kitchen island plays the role of the cooking surface as well as the workplace. All kitchen appliances are built into a dark gray matte cabinet, which also has a built-in bar.
For the zoning of the second floor, the metal-glass partitions were used. They are mounted at an angle of 70 degrees, which form an oval in plan. The same oval repeats on the floor by changing the tone of the floorboard.

Moreover, two additional partitions were installed to form a more private bedroom area. The large designer bed is located in the center of the composite oval, that is why it expresses a distinct accent. The spacious workspace is separated from the bedroom by a wall and has a strict design. For convenience, a second bathroom is not noticeable as it was constructed using glass structures.
